Payment Schedule

We’ve structured payments in three installments so you can spread the cost over several months:

• Deposit: $ per person — due at booking to reserve your spot

• Second installment: $ per person — due October 15, 2026

• Final balance: $ per person — due December 15, 2026

We accept credit cards and bank transfers. Once you submit your booking inquiry, we’ll send you a secure payment link for your deposit.

Cancellation Policy

• 120+ days before departure: Full deposit refund, minus a $500 per person administrative fee

• 60–120 days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable; any additional payments are refunded

• Less than 60 days before departure: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Policies from providers like World Nomads or Allianz typically cover trip cancellation for medical emergencies, family emergencies, and other qualifying events.
